In operation since 2005, fkiQuality provides consulting, training and coaching in continuous improvement. Naperville-based fkiQuality is a consulting and education company focused on making every organization more effective and humane, by freeing and guiding the full potential of all its employees. We believe that all organizations should have as many innovators as it has employees. To this end, we challenge leaders to rethink whether they know their organizations deeply, go beyond old habits and biases, and get ready to face the future.
