Flag Front Line Appreciation Group

FLAG is a nonprofit corporation founded in response to the stress caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, formed by Liz Bernich and Gina McGuire. The purpose is simple; raise money to provide economic support to restaurants and other small businesses by sending meals and related sustenance to the front lines. The effect is massive; we have provided significant relief for many small businesses that are struggling as our country is in lock-down, and communicated a deep appreciation for those on the front lines who are risking their well-being by taking care of others who have fallen ill with the virus. Front Line Appreciation Group Inc. is a non-profit corporation that is in the process of applying for the tax-exempt status as a 501(c)(3) organization. Each FLAG chapter operates independently and under no "corporate" structure, but under a set of common guidelines and suggestions.
