Flair South Africa focusses on addressing labour inequalities, specifically with regards to gender discrimination. By advancing women’s rights in the South African labour market, Flair SA safeguards and promotes the dignity, rights and socio-economic status of its members. Flair SA’s leadership are strong women representative of the South African demographic. As women who have themselves experienced discriminatory practices, sexual harassment and belittling from peers, we understand the challenges many women face in the workplace today. These challenges are not confined to race, industry or income.
