Performers can upload videos of them performing, those videos are then ranked by quality using our 'Intelligent Casting' algorithm (based on both explicit and implicit interaction). The better the performer, the higher up the feed they go. Industry professionals can filter those videos down by any demographic, so immediately they have the best performers at the top of the feed for exactly the demographic they’re looking for. This saves more than 60 hours per talent search (when compared with current technology available), whilst simultaneously giving performers a creative platform on which to be seen and dramatically increasing diversity and accessibility of opportunity.
