Flameproof Manufacturing

We supply plastic flameproof components to electric control systems. The terms explosion proof and flameproof are the same in that they both refer to the way in which items are constructed. Despite their names, explosion proof and flameproof components are not able to withstand an exterior explosion. Rather, it is the part’s capacity to thwart an internal spark or explosion from triggering a much larger blast. Industries we serve: oil and gas, chemical, petrochemical, refineries, mines, heavy industry, and other industries requiring high quality flameproof products. In these industries, flameproof is a recommended method of protection when the electrical equipment may have high energy arcing or sparking components in normal operation, and therefore an explosion when in a hazardous atmosphere is not easily avoided. Our products are designed and manufactured in accordance with international standards such as IECEx, ATEX, TUV and ISO9001.
