What I Did: Managed career development and brand positioning for multiple artists, including Girls go BOOM and HardHeaderz Negotiated contracts and secured bookings at venues and festivals across the Netherlands Developed brand partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that balanced artistic integrity with commercial viability Built strategic relationships within Rotterdam's cultural ecosystem, including venues like Roodkapje and major festivals What I Learned: This work taught me how to navigate cultural spaces, facilitate authentic collaborations between artists and brands, and build partnerships that respect creative integrity while achieving commercial goals.
