Fletcher Held is a boutique litigation firm with more than 50 years of combined experience representing officers, directors, and the companies they serve in high-stakes securities and business litigation. The Firm is committed to achieving successful results, providing high-quality legal services, working creatively and efficiently, and being responsive and attentive to client needs. Scott Fletcher and Kenneth Held worked together for nearly a decade in the securities litigation and enforcement group at Vinson & Elkins. They represented companies and individuals in securities litigation, business disputes, enforcement matters, and internal investigations. Scott then joined Jones Day, and Kenneth later joined Skadden Arps. They came back together to form Fletcher Held which draws on their large firm experience but with the attention, efficiency, and responsiveness of a litigation boutique.
