Fletewood School

Fletewood School is a Christian Independent School for boys and girls of all faiths between the ages of three and eleven, dedicated to the discovery of excellence in each child. The mission of Fletewood School is to make a positive difference in the lives of children, primarily through a professionally supported, one-to-one relationship with a caring adult, and to assist them to strive towards their potential, as they grow to become confident, competent, and caring individuals. Our philosophy is implicit in our motto; Spiritus, Mens, Corpus; that is to train equally the spirit, mind and body. It endeavours to provide a social and academic environment in which pupils are trained to be thinkers, rather than mere reflectors of other people’s thoughts, to possess breadth of mind, clearness of thought and the courage of their convictions, thus equipping them to be valued members of society both in and outside of school.
