Flex Gymnastics is the new, expanded home of Gymnastics World Northwest! We have been a locally owned Tucson business for over 40 years and have served over kids. Our competitive teams have earned state titles at championships every year since we started competing in 1979! Come visit our new, upgraded square foot expanded facility and see what the fun is all about! We offer gymnastics classes for the first-time tot through to the fully committed competitive gymnast! Our air-conditioned facility offers boys and girls an opportunity to explore all gymnastics activities including: Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beams, Floor Exercise, Parallel Bars, High Bar, Still Rings, Pommel Horse, & TumblTrak! We also offer franchise curriculum from the fabulous NinjaZone program for a high cardio, obstacle course, ninja-themed experience in gymnastics skills and parkour-style movement for ages 15 months to 13 years! Our new license with Sweet Peas Gymnastics will allow us to bring a new developmentally focused gymnastics curriculum program to Arizona. Sweet Peas curriculum will offer an education gymnastics program designed to promote physical, social and cognitive development in children 6 months to 6 years old!
