Hello, I am Sarah Fowler, the proud founder of Flex Occupational Health, a nurse-led company providing services to all kinds of businesses. Flex is a truly flexible provider offering round the clock services so that you and your employees have fast and easy access to professional clinical support. The Flex approach recognises the multiple, and often competing influences on an individual's health, resilience and ability to work effectively. We know that all businesses are different and so we will take the time to understand how your business works and the concerns that you may have. All of our services, including absence management referrals, fitness for work assessments and health surveillance are available on a pay as you go basis. We do not impose a 'one size fits all' package, we will only offer services that are clinically justified and we provide free occupational health to very small charities and community organisations.
