With Road Tax and AA Breakdown Included*, all you need to do is source Fully Comprehensive Insurance and then maintain the vehicle. FlexiBuy is a Self-Maintenance Business Contract Hire Agreement, cancellation of the Agreement is available at any time subject to 28 days notice being given. There are NO early cancellation fees. You may be charged for damage or excess mileage. On completion of the Hire Agreement, vehicles must be returned to FlexiBuy for removal of the Tracking System. At this point, FlexiBuy will offer a 14 day period where as a loyal customer, you can purchase the vehicle for £99 plus VAT. There is no obligation to purchase. As a Rental Agreement, FlexiBuy is great for your Business, as there is no ownership during the agreement itself the vehicle is not an asset, therefore it does not show on your Balance Sheet and is not subject to depreciation. VAT Invoices are sent out monthly and 100% of the VAT can be reclaimed each month if the vehicle is used exclusively for commercial use.
