Flexicare is the health benefits administrator subsidiary of RelianceUnited and Unilab. The company was founded in as the in-house service provider for the Unilab Group of Companies tasked to manage their health benefits. Seeing the opportunity to expand the business, the Flexicare brand was established in 2016 to cater to companies outside the Unilab Group. Since then the company grew to over members with more than partner medical facilities and a roster of accredited physicians. In 2022, Flexicare (registered under Health Delivery System.
