FlexLabs offers unique and inspiring meeting and event venues throughout the Netherlands. From meetings and presentations to workshops, exhibitions or recording studios, at FlexLabs we turn every gathering into an experience to look forward to. FlexLabs is an initiative of VPS Leegstandbeheer and was created from the conviction that temporarily vacant real estate deserves a valuable use. We transform vacant buildings awaiting demolition, renovation or sustainability upgrades into vibrant, inspiring locations. We do this in a creative and circular way, reusing existing structures and minimising waste of materials and energy. Each location has its own character and tells the unique story of the building. Whether it is a former factory site, an old prison, a historic building or a modern vacant office, FlexLabs transforms every place into an inspiring environment with a unique story.
