Flexconnect is fully integrated with our Candidate and Client databases and our back office systems. Our technology, processes and training allow us to maintain our standards of quality whether we are sourcing, placing or administrating one contractor, a team, or all contractors on our Client's site. Our Features Contract: Flexmore works with Clients to find the best qualified Candidates to meet their requirements and provide complete contract administration. Permanent Placement: We provide a broad-base permanent search for full and part time positions with our Clients. Each placement is backed by our Limited Lifetime Placement Guaranty Right to Hire: Flexmore is a team player. If at any time after four months of a contract any Client wishes to hire a Consultant full time, the Client may do so without any fees or penalties. Vendor services: With our vendor services program, Flexmore provides our Clients upon request with rate tables, job descriptions, rate guarantees, customized reporting and optional billing integration.
