Ignite Change Audit - This is a listening exercise, we go into organisations who want to understand what their culture feels like and how to create the shift you need. We talk to the team (across the organisation at all levels) we put all of that together in a robust report which has a number of recommendations that are RAGed e.g. this is great your people love it, and you need to do more, or this is bordering on toxic and you need to do something urgently! Bespoke Consultancy Programmes - To sustain a high performing culture, leaders need to create the right conditions for their people to thrive and this is where we come in and help.
