How it works: A team of Realtors scour the market for distressed properties with certain traits that will make them easily marketable (i.e. floor plan, flow, proximity to schools, etc.) Investor (you) makes several offers on multiple properties we have presented to you. Once a house has been secured, a team of skilled contractors move in and price out the repairs and remodel. After crunching numbers and your final approval, we close on the house. The first two weeks are spent repairing, remodeling, and landscaping. Once the house is move-in-ready, it's time for photography and graphics design. Listing the house on MLS, emailing the listing to our network of Realtors in DFW, and social media marketing ensure a quick sale.
