We work directly for the manufacturers, their clients and end users, and unlike a plumbing contractor we specialise in brassware products only - shower valves and shower pumps. We have found our niche in diagnosing, maintaining and fixing products for commercial clients, where we have been providing warranty repairs for many years. We take a scientific and technical approach. Our key strength is that we diagnose issues intelligently and write professional, detailed reports that stand up to rigorous scrutiny.
