Flora & Curl is a plant-powered haircare range with a mission to simplify the textured haircare routine. We believe that taking care of textured haircare should be simple, effective and enjoyable. Compared to the norm, our products are free from synthetic fragrances. We take a wellness approach to haircare, with formulations that are scented purely by plants. How it started: Flora & Curl was launched in 2017 by Rose Ovensehi, after her experience with extremely brittle and dry hair. After a long break from using chemical relaxers to straighten her hair, she began mixing in her kitchen using pure and raw botanical ingredients, from oils to butters and botanical waters with the goal of keeping her routine quick and simple. While developing the formulae, she realised that she didn’t want to create a range that would that would require too many steps to achieve her desired results. The functionality of our core collections, ‘Style Me’, ‘Hydrate Me’,'Strengthen Me', ‘Soothe Me’ and ‘Protect Me’ makes it easier for customers to understand the function and purpose of each product within their routine. Our line of products are ideal for those looking to start their natural hair routine, or those who are experienced and looking to streamline their current hair routine. Through a minimalist approach, Flora & Curl’s line of products turns haircare into selfcare, by making taking care of textured hair (curls, coils and wave) simpler.
