We accept private pre-foreclosure mediation assignments as well as contested foreclosure mediation engagements, along with court appointed Alternative Dispute Assignments. All mediations are conducted under the strict provision of Chapter 44, Florida Statutes; Rule 1.710 to 1.730, Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and the Florida Supreme Court Rule Regarding Court Appointed Mediations. Saul Cimbler, the founder and CEO of Florida Mediation & Arbitration™ is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator with extensive training and experience in the nuances of commercial and residential foreclosure mediation (including the mortgage modification opportunities under government modification programs such as HAMP, HAMP-tiered, HARP HAMP-Second Mortgage and HAMP-FHA programs, as well as most “in-house” modification programs offered by major lenders servicers). He has particular proficiency in the requirements of foreclosure modification programs requirements regarding documentation, qualification and related issues necessary to effectuate a modification agreement between the parties.
