From the date of incorporation until June 1998, the Corporation was virtually a holding company for various investments in related-party partnerships. In June 1998, doing business as Florida Roads Contracting Inc, a Division of Baker Construction, the company began to pursue its current endeavors in earthwork, grading, underground utilities, concrete, paving, and other land construction and development types. As of 2024, we are now proudly employee-owned and operated.
