FlorYoga is a Yoga Alliance-accredited Registered Yoga School based in the Greater New York Metropolitan area, founded by co-directors, Sarah & Tomas Marsh. Most commonly known for our annual 200 Hour Vinyasa & 85 Hour Prenatal Teacher Training programs, we also hold an array of offerings — from group vinyasa classes, to private/semi-private classes, pre/postnatal classes, and yoga events/workshops.
