Flourish Counselling

At Flourish Counselling, my goal is to help you flourish and find balance with self compassion and mindfulness! I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor offering 1:1 private counselling (in person, online or by phone) and online workshops for people to step into their personal power as they learn how to both find their true voice and how to use it for a life that they truly love. I work with individual adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, stress and burnout, low self worth, personal growth, relationships (partners, family, friends), anger, grief and loss, other life struggles. We work to build coping skills, mindfulness/grounding skills, balance, understand negative core beliefs, nervous system regulation, self confidence, empowerment and joy! My own personal experiences have shaped the way I approach counselling with others. My approach to counselling is client-centered and I work collaboratively with my clients to determine the approach to therapy that will work best for them. I create a strong and positive working alliance as I help people make positive changes and resolve their issues. Witnessing my clients gain new perspectives and then start making more aligned choices from an empowered space is the most rewarding part of my work. When you start being a positive influence in your own life, that is the birthplace of transformation. I earned my Master's Degree in Counselling from City University of Seattle, in Vancouver, BC. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association for Clinical Counsellors (RCC #14040). Previously, I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Psychology from Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, BC.
