We offer diverse international opportunities, from foundational trainings to masterclasses in mindfulness, character strengths, and sustainable leadership, online and in-person. Our team, trained by Dr. Ryan M. Niemiec and the VIA Institute on Character, practices mindfulness in the Plum Village tradition, guided by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, one of the world's most esteemed mindfulness teachers.
