As a communication hub we at FLOUU propose to be this change bringing new visions in a fluid way… you know when you get so deeply involved in an activity and you don't even see the hours go by? The focus is so great that nothing and no one distracts you and at the same time you feel good and very productive. It seems that, simply, everything is flowing, without any physical or mental effort and wear. Everything you felt was no accident. This is the flow state. A condition in which your body and mind flow in perfect harmony, taking you to a state of excellence while working, studying or developing a hobby. How do we do it?
