You can expect classes on pasta making, fermentation, fish cookery skills, bread baking, wholesome vegan cooking and more. Flow offers seasonal monthly online courses, private workshops and private catering. In the future, you can expect monthly courses, real life events and supper clubs in London and Brighton.
