Flow Corretora was established in São Paulo in 2003 as a partnership; our partners and management team are widely experienced in the financial industry, with sound reputation and strong integrity background. Originally was a brokerage firm acting in BM & F, Selic and Cetip markets. In 2005 began its expansion process to be a full broker (execution, settlement and custody) in all local markets, including, already in 2007, obtaining all seals requested to PQO program of BM & F (Agro, Execution, Retail and Web Broker). All process of expansion was based, from a full brokerage access, to invest in the differential of acting in their niche markets with high barrier to entry, such as options markets (Fixed Income, FX), always based in high tech solutions for trading. In 2011 there was a change of the control to the Brazil Plural Group, becoming Brazil Plural CCTVM S/A. Since then, the major shareholders and management of Flow Corretora remained its partnership as Flow Participações Ltda to manage all assets and liabilities not included in the corporate change from Flow Corretora to Brasil Plural.
