Flow Myna solves a lack of process visibility for operators, ops leaders, and transformation teams, so they can improve, automate, and scale with confidence instead of guesswork. While we’re building Flow Myna, we’re working hands-on with a small number of businesses through a paid pilot program. The goal is simple: apply Flow Myna to real, messy operational data and surface insights that lead to improvements. The pilot focuses on one core business process, agreed up front. We securely connect to the digital activity data your systems already produce (orders, invoices, tickets, etc.) and use Flow Myna to reconstruct how work really flows. You’ll work directly with us to: Validate what the data shows versus how the process is assumed to work Identify delays, rework, and unnecessary complexity Pinpoint where changes will have the biggest impact At the end of the pilot, you’ll receive a clear, tailored report highlighting concrete improvement opportunities. We then revisit your data after three months to see what’s changed and measure the impact of any actions you’ve taken.
