We do things differently here at FlowCycle. FlowCycle is an indoor cycling studio that features high-intensity cardio, muscle-sculpting strength training, and rhythm-based choreography. But it's so much more than just a workout— it's a powerful mind-body experience. We give you 45 minutes of intensity, combined with heat, strength, complemented by deep breathing and a calming of the mind. We ask you to step outside your comfort zone and embrace the fire inside. FlowCycle is founded by two entrepreneurs who saw an opening in the group fitness world to shake up stale norms in Shanghai, China.
