With over 15 years of experience and three distinctive brands under our wing – Flower & White, Cotswold Meringues and The Glorious Mess – we’ve built a reputation for crafting indulgent, high-quality meringue treats that blend tradition with innovation. Our story began in 2009 with a garden shed, a few eggs, and a big dream. Since then, we've grown into a BRC AA+ certified bakery, earned multiple awards, and continued to expand our offering. What drives us is simple: using the best ingredients (like British sugar and free-range egg whites), baking with care, and creating joyful, quality products that make people smile.
