Having in house or within our specialized network all required disciplines available is crucial to fulfill the requests of the pharmaceutical and specialty chemical industry. The demand for the development and manufacturing of flow skids on lab, pilot and production scale has skyrocketed. Typically flow skids in total are hybrid solutions and are of modular design. In first discussions and request for proposals (RFP) a multipurpose set up is asked for. Regulations and certifications (GMP, ATEX, CE) determine that production flow skids are mainly one product operation. Close cooperation with our customers is a must to manufacture and supply the best overall flow solution, integrate in existing infrastructure and align with the customers control system.
