Flox Studio

FLOX is a community design and strategy studio that partners with philanthropic institutions and social impact organizations to codesign meaningful gatherings, networks, and initiatives for change. Rooted in Black feminist theory, Afrofuturism, and social justice, we offer community-engaged strategic planning and collaboratively design member engagement models, grantee and partner convenings, and staff retreats. FLOX supports organizations and formations as they navigate transitions and reweave their community, one conversation at a time.
