Those processes can produce too little powder, too slowly, or can cause loss of active compounds. They can be costly, involve designing of complex cycles, and/or difficult to scale, thus delaying sales and profitability. Our most advanced production system, PolarDry® patented drying technology, is our proudest innovation. It is a system for making product with high quality, high efficiency, and reliable throughput. In many cases, post-processing, such as particle size reduction, is minimized or eliminated with PolarDry. However, if needed, we have a product line of fluid bed systems, high shear granulators, particle size reduction systems, bin and bowl elevators, tablet coating optimization systems, and process control software.
