FLUX architecture + design is a progressive design firm specializing in modern design. With a growing portfolio of domestic and international projects, we focus on creating elegant contemporary buildings which embraces the local culture while being sensitive to the environment. With the understanding that buildings have the largest environmental impact in our lives, we approach our projects with the goal of optimizing this impact with the use of appropriate not-toxic materials, adaptive reuse of existing structures, proper building and site orientation, innovative landscape design, and the implementation of new ideas for the reduction of energy use. Our project teams are carefully chosen and organized combining our highly skilled designers with collaborators and consultants who specialize in specific project types. This collaboration allows us to deliver clients the highest level of service and expertise regardless of project size or function while still maintaining the personal care and unique design style associate with our firm. FLUX not only specializes in the design of a project, but we are also intimately involved in its construction. With construction management services, a general construction practice, partnerships with contractors, and in house fabrication capabilities, we are able to deliver client’s finished buildings and interiors while controlling overall quality and costs. Our ultimate goal is to deliver clients unique modern designs that becomes an extension of a client’s vision while maintaining functional needs and budget.
