Flux Magazine

Flux is the University of Oregon School of Journalism and Communication’s official student-produced magazine. Our objective is to deliver compelling feature stories and stunning visuals that reflect the ever-evolving culture of the Pacific Northwest. However, this year, Flux is developing a special issue revolving around the topic of race and identity in our community. This issue will feature many thought provoking, student-produced articles including stories about mixed race individuals, diversity in the classroom, interracial relationships, and more. The last time we released an issue revolving around race in our community was in 1994. We’re excited to continue this conversation 21 years later.
