Fly Yoga Arts

FLY Yoga Arts is an organization bringing Yoga and Creative Arts Classes to schools throughout New York City and Los Angeles. With particular focus on bringing Yoga and Arts Education into schools and community centers, the FLY curriculum is designed to bring students into their personal state of creative expression and flow. We introduce essential life skills geared toward physical and mental health and happiness, while highlighting each student’s talents through Music, Dance, Writing, Visual Art, and Acting exercises. With imagination and artistic expression guiding our classes, students discover their personal gifts, strengthen their self-knowledge and learn perspective taking, communication and decision making skills that will empower them in their personal relationships and every day lives.
