Flying Dutchman Spirits (Eden Prairie, Minnesota) crafts artisan spirits inspired from flavors around the world. Our small batch production pays homage to the traditions of the original spirit. Much like the legendary ghost ship of the same name, Flying Dutchman Spirits perpetually searches for new tastes and flavors. Our initial slate of four spirits are all familiar yet delivered with a twist. Rare in the spirits business, Flying Dutchman is a “grain to glass” operation. We mash, ferment, distill, blend and bottle. We are committed to: • Sourcing the highest quality raw materials such as our USDA Certified 100% Organic Agave Nectar • Using production techniques appropriate to each spirit – such as pot distillation of our blue agave and vapor infusion of our gin • Making a craft product with uncommonly high quality and consistency • Reducing our carbon footprint and environmental impact by recycling process water during production and using high-efficiency equipment
