Flying Fish Technologies**(FFT) is a deep-tech marine intelligence company developing the next generation of knowledge systems for the ocean. Our hardware platform, captures high-resolution, multimodal ecological data across tens of kilometres per day. Our software platform transforms coherent data into ecosystem knowledge. FFT’s mission is to make ocean decisions better, at scale - turning what was once sparse and anecdotal into continuous, quantifiable understanding. We design and operate an end-to-end technology stack, enabling ecological baselines, change detection, and predictive modelling across coral reefs, coastal zones, and marine reserves. Our field systems have operated in some of the world’s most demanding environments - from the Great Barrier Reef to the Red Sea and the central Pacific - gathering millions of images in weeks, with data densities thousands of times greater than diver-based methods. We work with deep domain experts, leading research institutions, and large-scale coastal managers. Our goal is simple: to make marine knowledge actionable at the speed and scale required for high impact.
