FM Financial is a boutique corporate benefits consulting firm in Old Town Pasadena, predominantly focused on Private Equity owned businesses. Since 1960, the Company has successfully worked side-by-side with client leadership to build strategies for managing health care and overall benefit costs. We work directly with HR departments and executive teams in companies across the country to help design, price, and administer benefit plans, retirement plans, and other HR-related products. We approach each client engagement uniquely and with a strong emphasis on service. Our goal is to empower our clients, assist with efforts for EBITDA improvement, and help strategically align benefit plans and costs with overall organizational goals. Our services in Health and Welfare Plans, Retirement Plans, and Human Resources Support are based on years of experience, creative thinking, and remaining accountable to measurable results. Our goal is to aid in the creative design of benefit programs specific to each company's values and circumstances. Ultimately, we want our clients and their employees to value their benefits and see them as an integral part of their compensation package. In an industry heavy-laden with fine print, we diligently aim to reduce employer and employee liability and fees through comprehensive contractual analysis and provision negotiation.
