Following the 2007/8 crash, the G20 nations are (still) implementing a range of new regulations to cover the financial markets. For a number of reasons, institutions are finding this process incredibly challenging to manage successfully with existing staff numbers and experience. FMR Advisory has been established specifically to help institutions prepare for, implement and manage the new obligations they are facing due to these Regulations. Especially we have a strong focus on Conduct Risk and how to manage, prepare for and implement a successful change management programme across the front office - in fact this is becoming more and more the core focus.
