Our team are continually developing the business; the latest of these projects being the launch of our PREEMPT Portal, and our powerful product specific sector analysis tools, which are set to revolutionise the supply of social housing data. This data, whilst primarily focusing on the social housing and housebuilding sectors, provides specialist, bespoke to you, Market Intelligence for sales, marketing and business planning purposes. It helps to identify what is to be spent, when and by whom. Information is collated on Registered Providers such as Local Authorities, ALMOs and Housing Associations; also on Procurement Consortia, Contractors and the contracts that link them all. PREEMPT plays a pro-active role, driving comprehensive information, including Alerts and opportunities, directly to our clients. These clients include Product Manufacturers and Suppliers, Builders and Contractors, and other Specialist Companies and Consultancies. Therefore, the information that is produced, and the ways it can be used via the PREEMPT Portal, is not 'run of the mill', but genuinely offers something special!
