Focus Adhd Coaching

Provides specialized coaching working with post secondary students and adults with ADHD and neurodiversity. My work in areas of advocacy and public education allows me to work Internationally. With a background in education and 21 years of experience in post-secondary environments, I am more than familiar with the intricacies of PSE. I am currently launching a neurodiversity and executive function program for Michigan State University. I coach students all over the USA and Canada and from many shapes and sizes of colleges and universities. Program design and development is a great use of my skills and I am a highly creative and thoughtful program developer. Another niche area of my business is working with employers and employees doing workplace accommodations. I can successfully take an at-risk employee who is struggling with job functions and break down their roles to make it make sense to them and finally get them back to productivity and excellence in their roles.
