Focus Cycles

Focus Cycles is both a productivity system as well as a company. The Focus Cycles productivity system is an agile methodology that has many similarities with Scrum. As Scrum it divides working periods into sprints or cycles. These cycles are time periods of extreme focus, that start with a plan of work, end with a review of work, and have intensely focused work in between beginning and end. Focus Cycles are different from sprints in that they are based on the natural cycles of day, week, month and year and instead of having one sprint every two weeks, different cycles are stacked, meaning daily, weekly, monthly and yearly cycles happen at the same time.
