Focus Property Group, under the umbrella of Focus Corporation, was founded in 1987 by President and Owner Bahman Shafa. What began as a string of novelty retail stores across 4 major cities grew into a portfolio of real estate that includes over square feet of prime urban land, with a total potential development value of over $1 billion. Focus Property Group develops high-quality office, retail, residential, hospitality, and mixed-use properties primarily based in Denver’s core. Current projects include a 4.4-acre Sr. Living Facility, a 233-room hotel and restaurant in Denver’s Union Station neighborhood, a square-foot Coworking facility in Denver’s RiNo district with an additional 2 locations in development, and multiple self-storage facilities around Denver. Operated by President Bahman Shafa and VP Josh Fine, Focus Corporation strives to implement methods of sustainability in all projects.
