At Focused Developments we source properties that are suitable for residential development for Buy-to-Let, Buy-to-Sell or commercial-to-Residential conversion. We oversee the development process, locating suitable developments and identifying the right landlords for the properties, PLCs, Professional HMOs or potential Social Landlords. The team will then manage the development from the beginning till completion; obtaining building regulation consents, appointing architects, setting budgets for trades and materials sending you weekly reports and photographs to let you know how the development project is going.
