We are an Italian innovative Startup specialized in Food Tech. Our Purpose is feeding everyone in a healthy and tasty way with products tailored to all eating habits and nutritional needs. Fodeco is the result of a continuous and rigorous work in Research & Development, driven by the desire to address some of the world’s greatest health challenges, including food allergies and diseases, to enable people of all ages to live healthier and joyful lives. Thanks to the R&D effort in Food Tech and Food Science, our team has designed, created, and patented an innovative production process for the food transformation and preservation outside the cold chain for long periods, without the use of high and invasive heat treatments. So, Fodeco’s new technology works in a more responsible and sustainable way, reducing the CO2 emission and environment footprint, because we take care of our planet. Our innovative process guarantees also a higher microbiological safety and an optimum preservation of organoleptic properties on the processed products because we take care of people’s well-being.
