Fola Ogunshola Foundation

Background It is a known fact that the present crops of Nigerian graduates do not meet societal expectations in terms of attitude to the issues of life. This is biting hard on the labour environment and equally has consequential effect on their career pathway. This has resulted to frustration for some of them, with resultant effects as corruption, militancy, hostility and so on, in the society. As part of the contribution to providing solution to this issue, Mrs. Fola Ogunsola, the founder and Promoter of Fola Ogunsola Foundation, initiated a training project to drive change of attitude in the Nigerian undergraduates. This project is been financed by the Fola Ogunsola Foundation located at No 2 Hameed Kasumu Street, Chevy View Estate, Chevron Drive, Lekki - Lagos. This project is a selfless service, born out of the passion to do something about the problem highlighted above, and make a quota contribution to the development of Nigeria. The vision is to instill good sense of values and understanding in the Nigerian graduates, thus making them employable. Project Objectives At the end of the training, the students would be able to appreciate the importance of the following: • Our ethics and values, • Positive attitude to work and coping with socio-economic issues • Dealing with difficult life circumstances, • Positive attitudes for managing relationship issues and solving conflicts. • Exceptional thinking & self empowerment for a fulfilled life
