In 1988 our company's founder recognized an opportunity to apprentice with some of the best contractors in Boston, and set himself up as a subcontractor. By 1994, Folan Contracting had become one of the most reliable and referred contractors in eastern Massachusetts. He is determined to bring a more attentive and enjoyable experience to homeowners whose houses are undergoing major maintenance or renovations. Staying true to this mission, the Folan Project Managers are trained to listen for your vision, hopes, expectations—and then make them come alive through the on-site crew's experience and knowledge. Over the past twenty years, we've perfected every process of preserving, protecting, beautifying, and building a home. Each project we undertake is assigned a qualifiedc project manager whose job it is to review, on a daily basis, a project's progress, examine the quality of workmanship ansd make sure that all is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
