Folm Project

The project From Outdoors to Labour Market benefits from a € grant from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment. The aim of FOLM is to motivate NEETs to come back to studies or labour market thanks to Outdoors Learning. From Outdoors to Labour Market” Project - FOLM - will examine if Outdoor Learning model can activate NEETs (990 from 3 countries in total) to develop life and professional skills thus enabling them to become active citizens. FOLM addresses the main challenge of youth who are unengaged in education, training or employment by providing a stimulating and innovative means for them to recognize strengths/talents, strengthen soft skills, build self-esteem/self-awareness and fortify attitudes for employment.FOLM is led by the Center for Innovative Education and engages 7 other partners from Poland, Spain, Ireland and Scotland. Total project budget exceeds € 4 mln with donation of over € 3,4 mln.
