The story of Folsom Realty, Inc. begins in 1978, when business partners Mo Elliott and Tom Parker opened “Folsom Real Estate” in a small storefront on Riley Street in Folsom. After a few short years of successful growth, they moved operations into a larger building on Natoma Street, where they maintained headquarters until selling to a larger national brokerage in 1992. At that time, Mo and Tom both operated individually both under the name “Folsom Realty.” Mo’s wife, Sue, has also been an agent for the business since 1980. In 2015, Mo’s youngest daughter Erin Sanders also became an agent, quickly expanding operations of the small family brokerage. In 2019, Erin received her Brokers license, and as of 2022, the company operates under the incorporated name of “Folsom Realty, Inc.” Mo and Sue are now retired from the business and Erin as Broker is pursuing team growth and business building in the years to come.
