Fomcenco Law was established by Dr. Alex Fomcenco following many years of legal studies and work experience in the legal field across the continents of Europe and North America. After practicing as an in-house Legal Counsel for a few years, Mr. Fomcenco joined Academia in 2012 and researched, taught, and published internationally on matters of general Corporate Law, European Union Law, Contract Law, North American Business and Corporate Law, and Transnational Mergers and Acquisitions for almost 8 years. Standing on the shoulders of giants, at Fomcenco Law, we provide our valued clients with "strategic, time-saving and cost-effective solutions" to their Business Law and Immigration Law matters.
